Wet Salted Cod Fillets

Jeka Fish wet salted cod fillets is caught in the Pacific Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean. The fish is wild caught on longline and frozen on board immediately after, ensuring the best quality, nutritional value and good taste.

Our wet salted cod has matured in salt in order to obtain a salt content of 20-22 per cent. Therefore these cod fillets must be diluted before preparation.

Produced at our factory in Denmark.
