Cod Fillets Light Salted

Jeka Fish IQF cod fillets is caught in the Pacific Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean. The fish i wild caught on longline and frozen on board immediately after, ensuring the nutritional value as well as the good taste of the cod. Our IQF (individually quick frozen) cod fillets are of the highest quality and very well suited for cold and warm dishes.

Our lightly salted cod has matured in salt brine in order to obtain the right taste.
