Salmon Cakes

With 90% salmon & line-caught cod

PREPARATION:

Salmon cakes can be enjoyed cold or hot. The tray is oven-ready. Remove the foil and set the tray in a preheated oven at 150°C in 10-15 minutes. Serve with sauce tartare or your favourite sauce.

INGREDIENTS:

100 g finished products contain: 46 g salmon (fish), 44 g cod (fish), 6 g wheat flour, 5 g egg, 3 g onions, 2 g potato starch, whey powder (from milk), salt, onion powder, egg powder, milk protein, dill, garlic, pepper, rapeseed oil.

NUTRITIONAL CONTENTS PR. 100G:

Energy 842 kj/201 kcal, fat 9 g, of which saturated fat 4 g, carbohydrate 17 g, of which sugars 1,5 g, protein 12 g, salt 1,4 g.

STORAGE:

Fresh: Stored chilled at a maximum of +5°C. Opened: 3 days and no more than the date “best before”. Packed in modified atmosphere. Frozen: -18°C
