Fish Burger with Bacon

With 90% line-caught cod and bacon

PREPARATION:

Fish burgers can be enjoyed cold or hot. The tray is oven-ready. Remove the foil and set the tray in a preheated oven at 150°C in 10-15 minutes. Serve in burger buns with barbecue sauce and green salad.

INGREDIENTS:

100 g finished products contain: 90 g cod (fish), 6 g egg, 5 g bacon (smoked pork bellies, salt, dextrose, glycose syrup, antioxidant (E392)), 3 g potato starch, 3 g wheat flour, 2 g corn starch, 2 g bread crumbs (contains wheat), onion, whey powder (from milk), salt, onion powder, egg powder, milk protein, garlic, pepper, rapeseed oil.

Energy 757 kj/180 kcal, fat 7,6 g, of which saturated fat 1,0 g, carbohydrate 12 g, of which sugars 1,0 g, protein 16 g, salt 1,2 g.

STORAGE:

Fresh: Stored chilled at a maximum of +5°C. Opened: 3 days at a maximum of +5°C and no more than the date “best before”. Packed in modified atmosphere. Frozen: -18°C
