
Fish Cakes
With 90% line-caught cod
PREPARATION:
Fish cakes can be enjoyed cold or hot. The tray is oven-ready. Remove the foil and set the tray in a preheated oven at 150°C in 10-15 minutes. Serve with sauce tartare or your favourite sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
100 g finished products contain: 90 g cod (fish), 8 g onions, 6 g potato starch, 6 g wheat flour, 4 g egg, whey powder (from milk), salt, onion powder, egg powder, milk protein, garlic, pepper, rapeseed oil.
