Fish Cakes

With 90% line-caught cod

PREPARATION:

Fish cakes can be enjoyed cold or hot. The tray is oven-ready. Remove the foil and set the tray in a preheated oven at 150°C in 10-15 minutes. Serve with sauce tartare or your favourite sauce.

INGREDIENTS:

100 g finished products contain: 90 g cod (fish), 8 g onions, 6 g potato starch, 6 g wheat flour, 4 g egg, whey powder (from milk), salt, onion powder, egg powder, milk protein, garlic, pepper, rapeseed oil.

NUTRITIONAL CONTENTS PR. 100G:

Energy 729 kj/174 kcal, fat 7,5 g, of which saturated fat 0,6 g, carbohydrate 12 g, of which sugars 1,5 g, protein 14 g, salt 1,3 g.

STORAGE:

Fresh: Stored chilled at a maximum of +5°C. Opened: 3 days at maximum of +5°C and no more than the date “best before”. Packed in modified atmosphere. Frozen: -18°C
