Dressed Crab

PREPARATION:

The dressed crab is ready to serve. Put the crab on a plate and serve with bread, butter, mayonnaise and lemon. The meat can also be used as an ingredient in a starter, sushi or crab cakes.

INGREDIENTS:

100% fresh and cleaned white crab meat from brown crab (Cancer pangurus). May contain small shell fragments. Meat content can be adjusted. Also available with brown meat mixed with white meat.
